Letter from SFDC President

Dear SFDC Members,

On Saturday morning (Nov 1st) the board experienced an unexpected technical issue which has caused the basketball ticket sale to begin at 8:30 a.m. instead of 8 a.m.  Tickets were then sold out within a few minutes. For those who tried to buy tickets at 8AM complained missing out on ticket sales, the board listened to their complaints and agreed that it is a valid complaint.

The board is well aware that the event tickets have been selling out at a much faster pace. The board also understands the frustrations that many members continue to experience.  There is a solution to help solve this problem and this will be announced at the 9 a.m. General Meeting on November 10th at DCC.  Catered lunch will be provided.
