He reported that our Return On Investment (ROI) with DCARA with all deaf organizations in Bay Area will take place on January 30th, 2010 at DCC. He will help create flyer and spread the word with DCARA and CAD. He reminded us that the members interested in being elected to be sure he/she is in good standing accordance to By-Laws. He said revisions to the By-Laws need to be reviewed and voted on today. These were recommendations made from Gerald "Bummy" Berstein. The By-Laws were changed to make it stronger for the club. He will let the By-Law committee explain the changes and we will vote on whether to accept these new changes. He met with the Trustees and went over the board's performance for this year. Trustee will give their report later in the meeting. He said SFCD had a booth during DCARA's Oktoberfest event. The event was a success. CSD Bengals hosted a BBQ dinner for the members of SFCD. He said it was fun and the football game was close. He thanked Bengals for hosting the event. He informed us that we rented and shared a booth at Deaf Nation with CAD. We got few new members joining our club. During CSDF's 150 Anniversary, the club received a nice award thanking us for our contribution to the event. He reminded us that the next Proposal meeting will take place in January 2010.
