President David Martin’s Report:
He thanked all for coming to the meeting today. It is our first July proposal meeting. We are experimenting to see how it works. He apologized for the confusion that occurred in previous meeting. He thanked Richard Bonheyo for setting up a meeting with Bummy. He, Michelle Hughes, Judy Ford, and Jerry Grigsby attended the meeting with Bummy. We are fortunate that Bummy was willing to take the time to go over our bylaws and teach us the very basics of running a meeting. He said recently he had a meeting with Buddy Singleton and Jerry Grigsby to go over Bylaws changes recommended by Bummy. He asked that Tom Murillo, Judy Ford, and Jerry Grigsby to work together to make sure the new proposals meets our rules before submitting it to him. He stresses that he will be stricter and make sure it meets the rule to avoid problem like we had at the last meeting. He met with DCARA, Jim Brune, to go over picnic. According to Bummy we must have a Vice President per our bylaws. Board agrees and chooses Jaime Jackerson to be the Vice President until the next Election. He informed us that he presented best movie award during Deaf Film Festival recently. He attended the unveiling ceremony of Brandon Call's Eagle Project at CSD and was impressed with the mosaic artwork and encased bulletin board.

Vice President Jaime Jackerson’s Report:
He thanked the board for electing him as Vice President. He said he will do his best to serve as Vice President.

Secretary Jerry Grigsby’s Report:
I met with President David Martin and Trustee Buddy Singleton to go over changes in Bylaws. I will be mailing, emailing, and post on SFCD’s website our changed bylaws. I am having lot of problem getting a hold of person in charge of Winchester Mystery House tour. I will keep trying until I get through or ask to work with someone else. I want to stress that it was no one’s fault for previous meeting. I am glad we met Bummy and we will improve. I look forward to LeRoy’s upcoming class to learn Joomla.

Treasurer Richard Bonheyo’s Report:
He went over financial reports for the month of May and June. See attach for financial report. He said we only have $4,000.00 to spend for sponsor/donation. He warned us to be aware of how much we can donate. He said if need to we can transfer money from expenses. He is happy to inform us that our investment is doing well the last few months. He asks that we approve to pay Elizabeth Grigsby $12.00 for Starbucks coffee due to no receipt. Board approved. Board approved Bonheyo’s financial reports.
